Regional Leadership and Development Conference Goals
Goal 1: Unite
To encourage unity among chapters through collaboration that will strengthen their relationship.
Goal 2: Equip
To equip all RLDC attendees with the necessary tools in order to assure that their return to their home chapter will result in an encouraging leadership development and effective transition of leadership positions.
Goal 3: Reinforce
To reinforce a strong working relationship between all regional student and professional chapters through the development of organizational and administrative skills.

Workshops
Exeqpath LLC is a Miami, FL based executive consulting firm dedicated to the professional development of mid-level executives and managers. Our objective is to identify and develop high-potential leaders by providing them with the executive coaching, tools and 'know-how' to successfully climb the corporate ladder. Exeqpath provides services to student, professional, and non-profit organizations. Our programs are designed to help good leaders become better by addressing the soft-skills valued by the corporate world.

Graduate Student Attendees:
You are invited to attend the student workshops AND professional workshops. Feel free to select from both tracks. In addition to participating in the workshops offered at the conference, there will be two graduate student presentations. These presentations will be facilitated by the current Regional Graduate Representative for Region 7 of SHPE; below are brief descriptions of the presentations:
1. Regional Graduate Representative - Looking for the next graduate leader of SHPE
This workshop will include the process for applying to be the next RGR, the perks that successful acquisition of the position brings, and the responsibilities incurred thereafter.
2. SHPE Graduate Initiatives - Learn what SHPE can do for you at the graduate level.
This presentation will highlight scholarships, graduate ambassador positions, conference opportunities, and everything else SHPE offers its current and prospective graduate students as well as include SHPE's goals with respect to its graduate membership.
The presentations will be held on Saturday the 1st; time and location will be announced during the Regional Conference.
